We are Homeowners AGAIN!

Closed on our Pulte Home on 9/28/18

After what seemed like a very long process (6 months), we are homeowners again!  The last 2 weeks have been very interesting. Some of the highlights include 1) Gas line being put in 5 days before closing, 2) the entire lawn being done the day prior, and 3) having no appliances until day of (and that is a funny story!) that I will gladly share in person if you ever ask.

I had several interactions via text with the field manager letting him know I was extremely nervous but it all came together (almost- 2 more things need completed). We are homeowners again and it feels great knowing that we put our love and efforts into it. We may not have put in the blood, sweat, and tears (maybe there were tears!) but we did check on it all the time and make sure it was built to our liking and expectations. This may be just as hard since everything is out of your control. We now have a beautiful home for our family of four and we are so happy. I will be posting pictures as we settle and will have a final posting in coming weeks, but for now, we are going to enjoy moving in and unpacking and making memories!

I want to make sure we include BIG thank you to our families (parents and my sister), they have been so helpful with watching the kids, letting us stay with them, and taking care of us. It has been so helpful and has helped us get to our dream home. We thank them so much.

Thank you to Pulte, you do a good job overall and we thank Tim as well. He put up with me and that isn't easy!  Thank you to John Cogswell, our realtor who helped sell our first home and helped us with this one too.
